Simple, accurate, easy to use, free
As I switch between volume and strength based workout routines, this helps calibrate the weight I should be using for the new rep ranges.
The app is super easy to use, it’s free, doesn’t ask for weird permissions or anything, and will show you the estimated max weight for a range of repetitions (12 - 1 rep) for any input weight and rep.
The other review giving one star is super odd. Rep max calculations aren’t accurate if you have a higher rep range, as this is testing muscle endurance and stamina above strength. Hence, the app shows the rep max for rep ranges of 1 to 12 only.
This app works as described and is free while others are trying to charge for this feature.
