Not User Friendly
This application is so incredibly frustrating, it’s almost as if it were designed to not be user friendly. Why can’t such an expensive gym invest just a little more in their online infrastructure?WTroel
The app doesn’t open
When installed on iPhone X the app doesn’t open. Deleted it. Useless.my3jobs
Completely useless
I was told the app would work for Weston location, but I can’t even access the club hours of operation. Ask for credentials and don’t even get the email...Silchuonly

Great club, terrible app
Love the club, hate this app and the website. The app freezes, it’s hard to navigate, the Add to Calendar feature in classes doesn’t work with iCal. Definitely hoping for a redesign so this app matches the high level of service and facilities at Midtown.Karaleemac
Doesn’t work, don’t waste your time
Crashes every time I open the app. Have tried reinstalling, rebooting, updating...etc. short of a complete software/hardware clean (which I’m not going to do), I’ve tried everything. Used to work, but have to say this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.hildeb11
Very limited
This app should be much better. You can not obtain account information such as lending charges and other billing items. All it five is a schedule. Needs some work, Midtown!neigeflake

The worst app ever!
Just joined the club and was encouraged to download the app and I’m blown away by how much it doesn’t work. Literally freezes every time you try to toggle another screen. I’ve tried to look up class schedules and it shows basics and will crash and close out. This is a pretty pricey establishment you would think they’d have this buttoned up. Terrible App
Love midtown but this app is terrible. Doesn’t work half the time so no way to check class schedules. Has never let me log in. Difficult to navigate. For as much as midtown costs they should invest some funds in a halfway decent app.Great club, Terrible App
