Wish the App Matched the Club!!!
Absolutely LOVE Midtown. Been a member for only a couple of months and joining was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I just wish the app matched the quality of the club. Terrible App/Needs Work
So many buggy issues with it. Worst problem is that it doesn’t support finger print or facial recognition passwords. And you have to type in your user name and password EACH AND EVERY TIME you close the app! This is such a simple thing to fix. Not sure why they haven’t. Doesn't work and the web site is horrible!!!!!!
When I open the app and push the log in tile, the app closes. I am using an iPhone 8. Really a bummer. Additionally the midtown web site allows you to get in but the experience is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I am a member and we give this club $1000s of dollars every year. They spent a royal mint on the finish in the club but good luck navigating their website to book a tennis court or schedule a class. I could write a book on the problems with their site but they would have to pay me by reimbursement of my feesShow lessjacknkatierock
Can’t create personal class schedule
Should be able to create a personal class schedule within the app of classes you plan to take for the week be be able to get a weekly view of the entire class schedule. See Equinox app which is amazing.Denapop
The worst gym/club app I have used
Not user friendly and hard to see the schedule, choose the classes you want, forward a day or click on the contact phone number to call them directly. Midtown needs to hire another app company.EdianaBraham
Needs improvement
Whenever I attempt to open the app it crashes. Due to the continuous crashes I have been unable to use the app even one time! Please fix it!!Ms_Faith
