When submitting a claim asks me for a country then it does not provide a list nor I can write it

Unfortunately not reliable at all. Never able to enter reimbursements because there is a glitch.User experience is not good.
Do the developers realise that when there is a request for supporting documents there is no way to identify which claim it is - other than the $ amount of the claim. During submissions I have to label the claim, label the attachments, name the claimant, upload attachments. And absolutely none of this is visible when Henner come back requesting more supporting documentation. How do I know which claim you are referring to? It could be so much easier…….Show lessAwful. Does not support native iOS password manager. Excruciating load times. User-hostile interface. (Perfect example: a search form for care providers that has more than one required field and a “clear” button in the default position where the “search” button would be on any app not designed by a committee of imbeciles.) At least 40% of the time when I try to login it tells me “an error has occurred, please try again later.” I often attempt 2-6 times knowing there’s a chance it might log me in eventually. Otherwise, I try again a few hours later. Very frustrating when you just want to get something submitted. I’ve reported this several times, but I continued to happen. For years.Show lessGood but

Application starts takes ages to open (when it works… about 2 out of 3 times depending on days)
Access to claims and reports not available when additional information is requested and therefore cannot access to the initial claim details
Still asking for « paper copies » whereas most practitioners / doctors / hospitals now only do pdf invoicing by emails! But you re still required to print and send a paper copy across the world (may get lost or take 2/3 months ) to arrive and get processed. That’s not great especially when those relates to big amounts and you can stay short for prolonged period because direct invoicing agreement is taking months, and when agreed land in some issues (had a case where money got transferred to wrong entity and it took 9 months to resolve - although not related to the app directly)

They don’t process claims in their own posted timeline, can’t keep track of EOBs, can’t fix problems on the phone. App is buggy and doesn’t work most of the time when I use it. Terrible.
