Hi there! It’s Serene - Community Manager at ProductionPro. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to learn that you’re experiencing difficulty in accessing your script and score on ProductionPro. Our agreement with the licensing company allows for those materials to be used within the ProductionPro iPad and web apps, so a WiFi or phone data connection is generally needed. However, if you’re using the ProductionPro iPad app, you should be able to cache your script and score by opening those documents in the production prior to going offline and leaving the iPad app open. This will allow you to still have access to them when you do not have a WiFi or phone data/hotspot available.
