From internal build 6.8.20 (151) We have improved how the app downloads files to store offline, so that now it can auto-retry in various situations such as slow internet, server errors, and similar. This is primarily seen with very large file downloads (ex: 4Gb or more). Offline login has also been improved in this release for devices running iOS 14.6, 14.7, and 14.7.1.

Fixed issues with SSO (company) login. Updated how the app gets data about a package of files to match our latest backend API's. The update above also fixed offline login (ex: in airplane mode).

Our in-app menu was blank for people who upgraded to iOS 14. We've fixed the issue so that all users on all supported OS versions can continue to see and use the menu.

1. Download - We now show clear and friendly messages upon download completion. You’ll know whether some, all, or none of your files downloaded successfully. (57540803) 2. Download - Added download size warning prompt (51876944) When you trigger a download on mobile, now you will see an alert telling you both how large the file size is and also how much memory you have available, ex: "Download will use 2Mb of 12Gb”. You can then decide if you have enough storage available to attempt the download safely. 3. Login - Updated user locked/expired error messaging (55089182) Now, when you get locked out (due to too many login retries) or your account has expired, we show: “Login Error: Your account has been locked. Contact your administrator.” 4. Login - Added error message for invalid MFA code (58315537) Previously, if you entered an incorrect MFA code on the mobile app you would get the incorrect error message “Invalid Username and Password combination”. The error message now says “MFA Error - User provided invalid MFA login code”. 5. Login - Added error handling to password recovery request (55538353) We’ve added new error handling to ensure that password reset requests work consistently and email consistently. 6. Inbox - Lock vertical scrolling during playlist swipe (51970364) When you begin swiping left/right to display buttons on the inbox (applies to mobile screens, not tablets), the vertical scrolling is locked to better support the swipe motion. 7. Package - Hide Sync Review packages from package list (58556377) There is a new desktop feature called Sync Review, and this live, synchronized review feature is not yet supported on mobile. These packages will not be visible on the mobile app. 8. Package - Implemented package info screen. Expanded file info. (31544882) The mobile app now shows asset details and file information equivalent to what is shown on the desktop. The "i” (info) button at the package view, where you can see the file list, displays the asset details - or what you would see in the desktop Asset Details tab. The same “i” button at the file level (carousel) displays the file information for the specific file in view. 9. Package - Improved the display and enforcement of packages shared with start/end dates (59808693) A package can be shared with a start date and time and/or an end date and time. The mobile app now properly enforces these restrictions. 10. Asset Viewer - Added per-file viewed state (51146576) If you view an asset on any device (desktop, Apple TV, or mobile), the asset will be marked “viewed” in the package view or asset viewer playlist. This “viewed” indicator is sync’d across devices and is now triggered by mobile views and displayed in the mobile app. 11. Asset Viewer - First video is played instead of one clicked, and show high-res thumbnail for video poster (59668177) In a package shared with multiple videos, selecting and launching any video should play that video. Previously, the first video in the playlist would launch each time. We also made a change to use a high-resolution video thumbnail asset instead of a lower resolution one for better visibility.
