I do not understand
I try very hard to keep up on my payments. I have even spoken to the owner ( manager) on the phone. They promised me that my rental was automatically paid each month and yet it is not. I checked online and it said my balance was 0. I am so stressed out! I know I received a letter from them (PIP) but I put it down and now I can’t find it! Well I checked again online again and it said $258 was owed- so I prepared to pay it but when I clicked to pay it said I owed over 400! What is going on? Please please please don’t sell my things.Show lessGreat service

I prefer the automatic payment system over having to remember and submit a payment sooo much it makes me want to move to another storage facility
