The optional professional account upgrade costs £1.99/month (or equivalent in your currency) you'll only be upgraded if you explicitly choose to upgrade via an in-app purchase. All the standard features of the app are free. However, if you choose to upgrade to access premium features payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
