DO NOT USE! Drivers with NO insurance and NO handbreak!
The driver showed up late, alone (despite asking for a second person) and WITH a BROKEN HAND-BREAK on a truck he plans to move heavy items with. We found this out when he smashed into the back of my car while trying to leave. The driver insists he has never been asked for insurance, despite Droppa claiming that the drivers must have insurance. The manager said to me "how are we supposed to control if they have insurance or not?".... WHAT??
Eventually tired of being ignored, I commented this experience on one of theirLinkedIn posts, which prompted a sudden reach out. After sending quotes and pictures, following up and being patient for months, I get forwarded a lengthy thread with their insurer and just an "FYI" - no explanation or context. I surmise their insurance is not willing to cover it. SO, once again I am being ignored.
DO NOT USE.
