Poor customer service
I’ve been trying to purchase more coins for well over a month now but I keep getting a message to contact support if items don’t download. They take my money but I get nothing. I’ve sent at least 4 messages to them with no response. Very disappointed as I like all the games. I’m going to find a new set of games to play and delete this one.Show lesshacknry224

I’ve been playing this game for years. Recently when I tried to buy coins on the Take or Dare feature, it took my money but never gave me the download of coins. Since then, every time I open a game option, I get a pop up “having problems purchasing? Contact Support.” I’ve tried that and sent a message two different days...no response. I’ve tried emailing the developer ME2ON...no response. After all this time and no help to be able to purchase, I guess I will have to drop this game app when I run out of coins. I have been playing the game for a couple years. For the last week I’ve been getting a message that the game is down for maintenance for 3 hours. So it’s been way more than 3 hours. What’s up with that? I’m probably going to remove the game. If I reinstall it I’ll lose all my stats and $. Hmmm, probably won’t reload due to some technical issues in the past.Show lessHkbjnv
