Glitches and poor customer follow up
I had some glitches happen where I didn’t get wins I was suppose to get. I understand things are going to happen. I wrote in the feedback inbox and expressed my frustrations. It says you will get a reply in 24 hours. In the meantime, I had more problems occur. I wrote every time something happened again. I still haven’t gotten a reply, that was 6 days ago. I really enjoy this game, I wish the customer care was more efficient. Needless to say, I am very displeased by no follow up on my issues.Show lessb-zeetola

The devs won’t fix the Facebook log in sync so any money spent through the app is apparently gone. Fix THE APP. Loosen up the winnings and refund everyone who made purchases before you broke the app! If you download this game you do so at your own peril!BRabbitC
Love this game app
I have played this game for about a year. It has had some technical difficulties that caused me to delete it for awhile. I was happy when I was able to upload game again. Back at square one again. Happy to rebuild my levels again. Not so happy that I can’t log on to facebook again.$dona$
Pure garbage
Don’t waste your time because this “ free to play “app cost way too much money, dead spins galore and pop ups to purchase are the main objectives, I play hundreds of slot style apps and have well over 3500 slot playing friends, so trust my feedback, apps that are geared towards raking in the bucks are apps that have real world odds as a set payout structure, Vegas built an empire on players losses, not wins. Cheers. It came to the point of having to delete this cash cow! The pop ups to buy coins and having to watch videos in order to play were just too much. This one is definitely “NOT” a keeper. Two 👎 👎 I’ve tried the app on numerous occasions, it’s been coded in the favour of the revenue collector not the user, it’s totally impossible to build or maintain a coin balance due to the programmer’s mathematics in coding in high average of dead spins, it’s not Rocket Science as to the developer’s scheme. UPDATE: here I am a year later and my review stands as it was, I didn’t have too much gameplay before the pop up to purchase, perhaps I’ll try again next year,obviously the feedback isn’t working .Show lessHandynewf

Stopped working
