App not working for me
Since last week this app will not work on my phone. I have Apple 12.5.light of the fulcrum
Employee are helpful but app needs help
The app is too complicated that you need like a month of training. Too many moving part giving your company more work. You can track employees but its bot 100%. I wouldn’t recommend it.Janitorial Company
Daily Activity R1 - location
I am unable to select the proper location under the task Daily Activity R1. Though the option to select the proper location works under Activity Log. I also see the proper location on the main screen of the App.
Please assist, I am not the only one having this issue.disappointed-Security in Tx
Rarely works
I regularly am struggling to get the app to actually end shift. Crashes constantly and takes up way too much battery for a background application.Aylannhis

This app is hard on phones. I can’t get it to work properly on a IPhone 8. The pictures will not load.3576J
Do not use
Complete garbage. Crashes randomly for no reason at all. The text box you have to type in is minuscule, I end up typing it all up in notes and then paste it in. Only crashes about 50% of the time doing it that way. Uploading picture crashes it, location accuracy is non-existent. Do not use if you value your sanityShow lessSgfdfug
Easiest guard app
I’ve used many guard touring apps and this one is the most modern and easy to use. Allows us to set up any kind of form we need and provides a to do list of services outstanding or due. Great app!Amanda Haelani

Ability to go paperless, can send reports daily and automatically to my customers. Also love how I can track employees and work being complete on time! Great application!SJR 2021
Easy to use
I've been very happy with how easy Lighthouse has been to use. There aren't a lot of areas that are confusing and it's been pretty simple to roll out to my team.MindyBG
