Description of Ease Up
Ease Up is an application that designed to help you manage stress and anger. Every time you get angry it reminds how important to stay calm.
How many times do you regret what you said during a fight or a serious quarrel with your girlfriend, coworker or relatives? Or how many times after stressful days you promised yourself not to take your work close to heart? Now you have "Ease Up", the app which will remind you to calm down, to stay away from the pointless discussions, not to say anything offensive.
Ease Up has Apple's Health app integration. The app uses heart rate data to determine the critical level of heart rate. This information is used to notify you that it's time to calm down.
