Fraud with payments
I bought a lot of airline safety announcements that cost like 5 dollars and the subscription expired. I go back on it and I lost everything! So much for a one time payment. Game makers have to fix this or else your going to have your game removed. I’m extremely mad!!!! 😡😡😡Pilotperson123346

Always releasing awesome updates. Only a few recommendations: There should be a 10,000 ft indication, not a 6,000 seat belt indication. Also, if the seat belt sign is turned on or off, it should be announced.Mjd1993

I’ve talked to a dev on Instagram a few months ago about my flight crew and it not really working for the subscription.. still no response from the devs may I ask what’s going on? My flight team and I are getting very frustrated with the app.From xburttheaf

It is a good app but most airlines DO NOT have landing announcement! And can you add Xiamen airline? You got its livery for Boeing 787, why not add it in this app? Its boarding music is the favorite one for most airline fans in China. Plz Plz add it!annxncmc
Had a subscription. Lost it. Bought it again. Lost it
Used this app for over a year now, had ups and downs but it was fine, but now from this new update I needed to renew my subscription. I was mad but I just bought it again but then it wouldn’t let me get to my airline and said I still needed a subscription. Please fix this.Bangsganda
Absolutely confusing
App menu and navigation is terrible. First it shows a list of airplanes you can buy new or used with your 100,000,000$ credit. Then when you finally want to fly you can’t see your airplane unless you pay real money. Junk appBig Bongo Balls Baby
Update fixed most problems/customer support improved
The update has fixed most of the problems in the app. There are still minor issues like boarding music playing after landing even when you have it turned down, as well as FO calling out “gear up” when you touch down and the app occasionally thinking you landed without flaps even though you had em extended. However, this does not really ruin the app overall. The main problem of sound packs not included even when you subscribed has been solved and the customer service is now responsive.Show lessChris19fire
Great app, but not working
After having this app for over a year, I was excited to see the new subscription model. However, after purchasing the airline subscription, the airline sound packs still show that I have not purchased the airline mode, and therefore I still do not have access to them. Updates are always an issue although the App is great
Downloaded the last update last night and although I had paid for sound packs AND the subscription, the last update prevents me from using the sounds, hides the restore purchases option, and doesn’t recognize my credentials.
This needs to de fixed rapidly or I’ll confirm to many pilots I know that it’s time to cancel their subscription.Show lessAlexisB201
