No sound packs
Like many others said, the sound packs are no longer available after the last update and we paid for subscription so we just lost money.BXGST
I used to love this app, but now I hate how I have to use a subscription for it
I already bought 2 sound packs prior to the subscription update, and I can’t use them now. Kinda a waste of money, and I wish you guys could help me out on this because I already brought them separately and now I can’t use them.Arne ntibnrubanubD eg b
Airline sounds don’t work after subscription paid.
It won’t let me use the Free play sounds even after I bought Airline Mode subscription. Customer service is bad. And there are still a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.Bryant_Lol
I want my money back
I used to love this Infinite Flight add-on, but when the subscription for airline mode came out, I started to dislike this. This is because I had bought the Delta and jetBlue safety presentations and now I have to buy it again? That is not fair. Take the subscription off, and if you care more about money than us, than atleast give us the stuff that we ALREADY SPENT MONEY ON.Show lessJsjsjtttttttttttttttttttttttt
Sound packs
The subscription for the sound packs and everything is cool and all but I still bought the Aeromexico sound pack, the American Airlines sound pack, and the Norwegian airlines sound pack. I payed for these before the update came out. I should be able to use these without the subscription because I bought them! Infinite flight did a similar thing but did it better. They went from buying the planes, to getting them with your subscription, the difference here is that they let you use the planes that you already bought before the update. Do what they did, and give me back my sound packs!😡😡😡Show lesskenneth 1664
Awful developer
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought all the individual app sound packs for almost 80 bucks then developer decides to go to a subscription base and none of the items I purchased are valid. The developer said they would compensate with free months towards the subscription platform but of course when the upgrade happened no credit and now stuck subscribing and paying more money after the 80 dollars I waste on the appShow lessArtemis1117
Crashing mid flight
Since last update I have not been able to complete flights. They start off working but by the time I land it has crashed and does not register flight data. One was a 4 hr flight the other was a 1.5 hr flight. If this can be fixed that would be great.Havoc 1-1
Bad to worse
Crashes constantly , crashes after flights so no saving. Developer will not respond to dozens users having the same or worse issues on the infinite flight forum nor respond to his “support” tickets. Waste of money BIG TIMEBbwwnntt
Want to love it but frequent force crashes on iPad Pro
I really, really want do WANT to like this app. It adds to the in-flight experience and a great addition to infinite flight. However, the app crashes frequently after logging in; despite force quitting Infinite Flight and force quitting this app. It seems to happen more regularly after a flight has completed. I’m current running the latest iOS 11.3.
Update: After waiting for a response, I haven’t been able to reach the developer from the help support site and have deleted this app from my devices and have requested a refund from Apple. It’s pretty much useless now crashing frequently and is in desperate need of a beta test. Sorry Infinite Passengers, I’m done.Show lessPennCCRN
App is useless now. Crashes constantly and locks out of your account
This app used to be great months back other than a couple small bugs and slow api response times, but as of the last few months it utterly useless and just garbage now. App crashes constantly, won’t let you log in most of the time, and won’t restore any purchases for airlines so you’re basically just getting your money stolen. Until it’s fixed I would steer clear of this app and all other apps by this developer. Customer service is non existent and support tickets go unanswered forever, check the INFINITE Flight forums you’ll see this isn’t isolated and everyone is having this problem now.Show lessFartNuts01
