  • Amazing!

I've never seen a game like this one (though that's not saying much, because I'm not huge on phone games), but I'm really enjoying what I've played so far! Extremely interesting and entertaining! The storyline is well thought out and actually has an emotional twist. Without spoiling the actual game play, it is an enjoyable game, and I recommend it to anyone! The only thing is, is that it's kind of hard to get used to where everything is, and how to get to it; but you'll get the hang of it!

  • Recommend Playing it.

First time I ever review an app, but I'll just give my two cents.

Mind you I only played as far as the Free to Play version allowed you.
But regardless I like the titles says I hope you give it a try and see for yourself what you think of this game.

To me this was a 4/5 although, I wish the story was a little more engaging with us players from the start and was hoping the mechanics to be a little more meaningful than just moving and clicking to collect parts.
But regardless for what it was I pretty much enjoyed this little game and I can't wait to see what future story driven games these developers come up with next.

This was honestly a good breather from half of the rehashed apps that most app developers are putting out into the App Store or the many "fad of the month" apps that get put for every little new "cool" thing that the Internet finds.

  • Incredibly dull story coupled with even worse mechanics

The game looks fine, sounds good, and that's about it.

The story and characters are poorly written. Where a weird story like Hyper Light Drifter works by leaving out details, this game lays it all out and none of makes any sense. The opening dialogue between John and his parents is painful. After that, you are thrown ahead in time, still not knowing or caring what is going on and sent to wander in an environment which you have had no time to connect to, to do "find the object" missions. And your reward for completing it? More excruciating dialog between a character that you hate and could care less what is plaguing them and a character you don't even know.

Its all a bad setup for an adventure game that suffers from comically bad writing. Where good adventure games hook you in with captivating mysteries and interesting characters, Opus does none of that.

Kind of baffled why this game is being featured and even more so by its high rating as you could do a lot better in this genre.

  • Amazing

I have played the first game in the OPUS series and when I saw this game had been released, I had to immediately buy it. Rocket of Whispers has exceeded my expectations. For those complaining, you need to get emotionally involved in the storyline or else the game won't be as interesting. I love how there are so many objectives to complete and I am kept on the edge of my seat to learn more about the world in Rocket of Whispers. I can't wait for more from Sigono!

  • There's some give and take

Let me just start by saying credit is due where it's due: there was an ASTOUNDING degree of work and love in the project. The graphics and music are gorgeous, and the world was lovely and stylized. The pacing and story knew exactly what it wanted to achieve and how it wanted to go, giving a rich, atmospheric experience of a game.

Unfortunately, I have to dock points as this otherwise lovely game features one of the most insufferable and unempathize-able main characters I have ever had the displeasure of playing as. The characterization runs a little flat in general, which is a bit noticeable in a story driven game. Speaking of story (without spoiling anything), I'm afraid this one does not stick the landing of the ending of an otherwise taut and well planned plot. Questions are left unanswered and conflicts are unresolved, leaving room for interpretation at best and unfulfilled dissatisfaction at worst. (Unless there are multiple endings I'm not aware of.)

As far as gameplay itself, it is not any more or less than a standard point and click puzzle/strategy/mystery game in this genre. It simply is exactly what it is.

In spite of these flaws, I highly recommend it. It's worth the $3.99.

  • Enchanting, relaxingly complex

I usually don't write reviews, especially when a game focuses on graphics (I prefer content focused stuff, but even then I usually don't get sucked into games like this).

But this really was a beautiful game. I just spent the last 4-6 hours playing it on a Saturday. It's opened my eyes to the amazing graphics people rave about. PLUS, it has an interesting storyline and game world. It's attention-grabbing, and very doable -- it's not super difficult but still keeps you thinking along the journey. I felt like this was the true experience I look for in a smartphone game. Thank you to the creators of this game. โค๏ธ

  • Amazing Game!!

I just played the trial and am on my way to buy the full game!!
One thing I'd like to mention are the people complaining it's not free. This is a well made game with no ads. In order for it to be profitable and make new games is to get money! Stop thinking that all of this is a scam because you have to pay for it. Stop being childish and play some other game.
Sorry about the rant but this was overall a very well written slow-paced game! I love story driven games that let you relax such as this one. The music was beautiful and the art style was gorgeous. Thank you developers!

  • Really beautiful right off the start

The music is amazing and the graphics are gorgeous!
Although the gameplay is simplistic, the story and scenarios have a lot of depth. There are times when you get to interact with souls through the male protagonist to give them some peace as the story goes on. Wish it didn't cost $, but I can see why it does because of the quality of this game.

  • Relaxing game

I enjoyed this game it is a very relaxing game with a nice story. The exploration is fun as you have to manage your time wisely otherwise you have to go back out again. So I enjoy that strategy aspect to it and also the graphics are simple but they work for this game. Last love the game plan on buying mega full version as soon as I can to support them and looking forward to future projects made.

  • Great game fun story

Lots of people giving it 1 star and complaining about it being "boring", I don't get it. This is not an action game it's story driven and it's fantasy. The story line makes sense to me and it's cute AF. Gameplay elements are a bit repetitive but the artstyle makes up for it for me. If you want to feel immersed in a fantasy world give this game a go. If you want to mash buttons and kill lots of things like a filthy casual you should probably look elsewhere.
