Why pay fee when already paying rent?
You guys already charge us for rent I don’t understand why we need to pay a service fee for you to charges our own money that’s been given to you.

They won’t disclose to you they have roach infestations through everywhere. They only come out at night you won’t see during visit in day so hopefully someone reads this before making same mistake. Also the water is always turning off for days even the hot water stops working often and they don’t treat it with importance some of us don’t have ppl to rely on and only have ourselves and no one’s gonna let me use their hot water and now who is gonna pay for all my new furniture beds everything I got that now prob is roach infested. So annoying also the black mold is like wow keep bringing it up and they don’t do anything.

App is not very useful.
Tried many times to set up auto pay and have yet been able to find a way to check on payment status or history, through the app. Such as paid, pending, not received on scheduled date.
This country has gone mad with apps, almost every business has an app that is confusing or dis functional at best.
This is one that seems to be both because when you call in for help they direct you to their website.

Sevice fee is BS
On top of high rental payments you charge a service fee for paying rent. Lame

This is a new app for our apartment complex. So far it’s very nice and easy to use

Service Not Complete
I put in a service request on Tuesday and have not been contacted about it at all. Had to send im a second request to see if someone will respond. Maintainence and contacting tenants is not a priority at this conplex.

I use this to pay my rent and it’s awesome! Just make sure you remember your password or it can be a little hassle to log back in

App is straightforward and super easy to use, once it’s set up.
I am disappointed the payment section does not clarify what the billing charges are. For instance rent is not separated from utilities, parking, other costs such as “renters insurance” are not broken down. Also, of course the service charges for paying via credit card are way too high, over $40!

Good mostly
Functions well with easy usage. But when you’re trying to pay rent on time and it’s not letting you use the app because of high traffic volume, it can be stressful. I also wish there was more notice on what is due with rent.
