Issues with app
I downloaded the app, done mobile number verification but when I select my bank from the list, it keeps saying “Bad request”. I can’t get past this step. And when I call a 1 800… support number mentioned on the website, it says “The number you’re trying to reach is disconnected”. I’m currently in USA and tried to register for UPI but I guess I’ll have to find another way.Show lessVRM25

I live overseas & in order to register to BHIM UPI, because I do not have mobile date access, it doesn’t let me register. Here they should let one use WiFi instead of mobile data for registering on the app in order if someone needs to make payment from overseas to India, just like how SBI, Union bank of India, etc is allowing to register to app even while living abroad. Please consider this option as there are times when someone needs to make payment for their properties or bills related to their properties in India while they are living overseas 🙏Show lessPD9180

Every time I try to find my bank and select I get bad request and close. Is it working app or works only in india and not outside? What is bad request and how to resolve ? Any guidance or clear error message is required to proceed but it’s not providing any. Can you make it more user friendly. Thank youShow lessMail2sashi

Bank linking doesn’t work
I’m in the US after the phone number is verified and the bank linking is next step.. keep getting bad request error for just any bank I choose. Unable to proceed furtherg@ppu

I get this message and I get the timeout message. That’s it. I have tried at different times over last few months.
Your registration for BHIM app has started. If it is not you please report now to your bank. Do not share the card details/OTP to avoid any financial loss NPCIvenugadu
UPI app registration just wont happen
Upi registration just wont happen for anyone in my family, we have spoken to banks and double verified the number linked with account. The registration fails on initial step where sms is sent to verify the number but i will keep getting time out msgs. Another UPi account wont get register as it doesnt move to the next page after putting debit card pun.

I tried 100s of time but it unable to verify my phone number. I sent query to app developers but no response. It’s like typical government agency. This agency should be awarded by creating non- working app. I applied for IPO but unable to authorize it due to app issue. 0 or -ve star.Icici user1
Couldn’t register in Bhim still
Hi there
I was very excitedly to use this app on my iPhone XS but couldn’t register still.
Tried so many ways .
Delete and reinstall with mobile data .
Reinstall and tried register on different timing.
My mobile number is registered with the bank in which I have NRI account .
I am trying it from australia with same phone number register in my Indian account .
But couldn’t register still and tried so many times and with different ways as above mentioned.
Please help me to get register or answer what possible solution or there is problem .Show lessankit syd
