Simply The Worst
Won’t let you log in. Won’t recognize usernames. It’s 100% useless. Bought tickets for Las Vegas Lights soccer game (to watch my daughter sing the anthem - I don’t give two ducks about the team) and can’t get my tickets.Schwartzkid
The One Star Reviews are misdirected
Every one star review for this app due to not being able to login is silly. Everyone is correct you can’t login, however, that’s because this app is not for you! This app is for venue operators only! With that said, it still gets one star from me just based on the fact that how do you not have an app for consumers in 2018? In order to view the mobile tickets purchased through TicketReturn you have to actually use a browser and login to their mobile site. Hey TicketReturn corporate, do you hate money? Your pissing off all your customers by not considering our experiences and interactions with your services. Make an app to view mobile tickets already! Make our experience with your product simpler and easier. This app might be the best app ever created for all we know but your getting all these one star reviews because you’re confusing everyone! You need to either hire a User Experience designer or fire the one you have. (Don’t actually fire him/her I hate to see anyone lose their job, maybe just a meeting to go over expectations) You get the point though! Figure it out.Show lessD. Gold
Worst ticket service ever
This is hands down the worst way to get tickets ever. If you love error messages and never being able to sign in then you’ll love this app. I go to bed and pray asking god to please give us a new website for minor league games. I’ve spent over 2 hours trying to get tickets and got non stop error messages multiple times. TerribleShow lessBig teddy1234

Log in doesn’t work
App doesn’t allow you login and keep on saying invalid account not found in database.The same login works fine on web.Not sure what is the purpose of the app.I just booked the ticket for the first time using ticketreturn and used mobile pass option but once i downloaded the app, login itself is not working and had to take print out of my tickets.Show lessVas1984
