The app alone is amazing. The excersises are quick and simple. Nothing a beginner can vhandle. I’ve been doing the workouts for about 20 days now and i don’t see no formation of abs yet. Except my stomach is more tone. The only thing the app could use is more specific directions for planks. Like sometimes it says do 12 planks except it’s impossible to do that. Instead maybe place a duration of how long the plank should be like maybe hold the position for like 1-2 minutes. Overall great app would totally recommend.
