Terrible, slow & a wast of time
This app is so slow and difficult to manage. Fans really need to start using it. The app glitches and crashes constantly making it hard to vote. And on top of that, the app/company changes the rules and parameters of voting whenever they feel like it. They are literally stealing from you at that point. Do not download.Show less-msd

I’m a fellow engene who came to download this app to vote for ENHYPEN. Once I downloaded it, I saw the reviews. They were all really terrible and I thought “wow either this app is bad or they’re over exaggerating,” they weren’t over exaggerating. I couldn’t even log into the app and when I tried, I got sent to a part of the app where it’s only in Korean. After multiple tries, I still couldn’t login.Show lesssoysaucesirachi

App Let’s Me Lose Attendance Points
I would rate this app higher had it not been for the fact that the app glitches and does not give me a quiz to get the day’s attendance stamp. This causes my perfect attendance streak to restart and does not give me the stars for the completion of missions. I have contacted the app for this problem three different times, but NO ONE has gotten back to me. This problem is unacceptable.
