The app doesn’t work well with iPhone 15

I’ve been using this for yearsssss with my previous iPhones, but now since I got the iPhone 15 with the Dynamic Island thing, I can’t click the menu anymore. Other than that superb service

Stopped out of nowhere

I had a great experience and then randomly the text support stopped responding and they never showed up to get my laundry today. I wait at home for 4 hours and they never came by. They haven’t responded via text or email. I’m super confused and annoyed because the first time it was great. Now out of the blue no response?
