Could be better
I used to ride Pathao very often but the riders are not well tuned. They are rough on roads and deny trips like CNG Autos. So I had to shift to Uber which seemed to be more professional. I think pathao should think seriously about grooming their riders.

I like pathao despite all the bugs the app has. Partly because it is made by Bangladeshi people (us) But i highly recommend you guys not to mix foodpanda, dhl and uber under the same hood. I guess you guys are smart enough to understand what i mean.

Improve app performance
Hire a good iOS developer and UX designer who knows how to scale and improve performance of the app. It’s terrible, your UI doesn’t respond properly when a ride request is made.
- most of the times the loading screen doesn’t go away right after a rider has accepted the request. User gets to know the ride request is accepted only if the rider makes a phone call to the user.
- if in mid request the phone screen gets locked, it shows no network connection even while clearly there is proper internet.
- when the loading screen goes away, the rider information does not show properly, you have to scroll up to see the rider info which is a terrible UX decision.
- the rider info is missing the bike or car type they are using.
- rider location doesn’t show and the estimated pickup time is missing.
Take a look at the uber app for example, it is more stable and has nice UX design. I am a supporter of yours but you should seriously work on the app performance and UX. Right now it is way below in terms of a polished product.

Improvement required
Pathao iOS app creates problems! Sometimes the app gets stuck at ‘meet at the pickup point’, whereas I’ve already completed my ride! I have to manually close the app and restart it to get the fare amount and leave a feedback. This happens often, and I’ve found it happening on other iOS devices, too. Pathao makes life a lot easier, but these tiny things (when happens repeatedly) are what might make a customer think twice.

Need More Improvement
I would give 5 star rating, but Now a days, Most of the time this app getting hang and also very slow. During pickup & destination selection it's very very slow. Also sometimes it takes half an hour to get a Ride even if the rider is showing sufficient in the map. Most of the time rider calls, before showing the accepted status. In previous versions, it was on avaerage good, but now a days your app has become an worst app for these type of bugs. Please fix this issues, and make this app as smooth as UBER or other app.

Bugs, needs update
This is very basic app but handy for single travellers to move around Dhaka fast and cheap. The app needs major upgrade as there are pretty bugs which doesn’t allow the best performance. For eg: rider location does not come up when ride is confirmed, final bill amount comes late etc

Yes you are unique.. because when other service providers are improving their service and sustainability to make our every move easy during pick hours. Other hand each day we are facing each new difficulties with your App’s. I’m not talking about last few days story.
If possible fix it asap, otherwise let this apps shutdown instead of bothering on urgencies.

Please add a helmet for passengers. Its very urgent for safety.
I am regular pathao user. Very much glad about your service but a bit of disappointment that most of your rider don’t have helmet for passengers...It’s an urgent issue for safety. If you add a helmet service then I will give your app as 5 star.!
