Drivers regularly cancel
Twice in the last two days, I’ve had drivers that accept a ride and then cancel on me telling me I was too far away for them to pick up or telling me I had to come to them or they would cancel on me. This is irresponsible. On top of that there’s no way for me to write these drivers because once they cancel on me, there’s no way for me to rate them. To add insult to injury after the driver cancels, the app sends a message that said the driver had something very important to do. Just five minutes ago a driver canceled on me and it sent this message immediately thereafter. I saw the driver that I’ve been looking for it for the past 10 minutes who had made me walk to him for 10 minutes. He had three other passengers in his car that he had picked up. I stopped him and asked him why he had canceled on me and he told me and no in certain terms that I was in the wrong. This is terrible service from a driver and terrible service from Patel given that there’s no way for me to rate this driver.

Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service in Bangladesh, have the worst customer service as well. Doesn’t resolve issues at all and keep delaying parcels without any explanation

No payment integration, it takes more time after the ride to manage payments
The location for pickups and food delivery should be set on the street and not the house.
If i make a order from the back of my house, it looks like i ordered from the house behind me and the rider, food delivery guy goes to the other street and its hard to ask them to come to the other street.
I have been using indriver just for this feature alone. Pathao just makes this more hassle full

In Nepal I thought it was good but now it seems worst
They increase the pricing as they please in middle of drive. There is no set rules as such. Today I took a ride which started with 354 npr the ride ended with 596 I was so shock . It was un expected and felt like thieving .

Need to update shipper address
While I am placing order I can’t see shipper address area this is very inconvenient.please allow user to put shipper address. You can try SF express from hongkong,China.
Stop the “offer rate” or bidding
Dear Pathao team,
The “make your offer” or bidding option is impacting the pathao users very badly. The drivers are asking a lot more than a fair amount which pathao has fixed. Sometimes they are asking for 200 taka more than the fixed fare by pathao.
Pathao should be platform which can give effortless and smooth service for transportation. But now passengers have to virtually bargain with the drivers by bidding which is killing its initial customer satisfaction.
I request pathao to look into it seriously and May be you can increase the overalll rate but stop this bidding option as it is becoming a fish market. Pathao car users are upper-middle and upper class people who doesn’t like this hassle of bidding with the drivers at all. Please think about customer experience if you wish to retain customer satisfaction.

Over charging🤑🤑

I like pathao but sometimes the rider charges extra..,
Mostly phone pay to phone pay will not cut you any charges. If you pay it on/with mobile bank, they will charge you 10rupees extra and funds start from minimum 100rupees these days … So my pathao fee was 75 rupees, sometimes you don’t have cash… but you can have online payment options. Phone pay or mobile bank. If they don’t have phone pay, they will tell you to pay it on their mobile bank ac which i have to transfer 100rupees and transfer fee 10rupees extra, and is total 110rupees, right!? I don’t understand why they argue when i ask for give back the change!! Behaving poorly and wasting time, telling me to look around for money change ..

Scammed
They offered me a ride on offer for 2 rides worth 100 rupees, which is valid till 26th of May. Which I tried to use today. Unfortunately, the existing message tells me it’s invalid. Everything is hard for me to process. Technically, it's a scam for Patho users. Stop sending us fake discount promos.
Best for food delivery
The app is great for having food delivery but they employ a points system which can only be accessed if you have google analytics allowed (dns adblockers or browser adblockers blocks it).
Worst App ever. Ever!
Firstly, I think one star is me being way too generous. It’s hard for me to understand, how one of the most renown application have such a bad infrastructure.
I ordered a using this app for the first time today, and the fact that I had to go through a lot of hassle just to add my bKash account then order through that tells me how poorly thought this application is.
Whereas their competitors are doing far better.
Again, I tried ordering something just now, and my order keeps being cancelled. This is so frustrating.
Even though, I am well aware that the Pathao team is very unlikely to go through my message. But it is my prediction that if someone doesn’t take responsibility and work on this application to be more user friendly, it’s most likely to soon go out of business.
