User friendly / Easy

The app seems to have lower reviews thatre old. I’ve downloaded it and it seems so helpful, provides personal timetable, a map, info on p much everything and events.
Would recommend !!

Doesn’t even work

This app is advertised across campus but won’t work or even let me log in. App won’t accept any of my UNSW login details and keeps freezing and crashing. UNSW needs to stop investing in weapons companies and start investing in their internal IT

Unreliable

When I first started at unsw this year, the timetable feature was not working. Weeks later that was fixed.

Come term 2, I can’t even log into the app.

Don’t rely on this app.

Cant log in

Was working fine before, now cant logging in, if its not broken dont fix it

Terrible app

Does not work at all. All I can see is a blank screen, it has been like this for some time.

Timetable doesn’t work

Timetable feature doesn’t work and the alerts are annoying and you get the same one twice

Timetable “unexpected error”

The app use to be a 5 star for being useful, until sometime last year, the timetable function doesn’t work and just shows a pop-up saying unexpected error. I was hoping after all this time it would have been fixed but no lol it’s very inconvenient to always check your class timetable via MyUNSW so would be great if this function can be fixed asap.

Quite inconvenient. The layout is also horrific
