New app is terrible
Ever since they changed over the app nothing, but issues. I was not able to transfer the rewards/points from the previous app and now my points card does not open up. Keeps giving the “error encountered…” message. Because of this I will be going to other establishments for our bubble tea outings.
Wont register credit card, no shop found

Wont let me register credit card for awards nor will find me the shop that is right in front of my house.
Very obvious that the company does not take any care of the application.
Just get rid of it from store plz if it would work in this way

Location is wrong and cannot be changed
Try to change my postal code and verify phone number but it was impossible

Update: still not working after half a year. Seems to have gotten even worse, can’t find nearby stores.

won’t let me add a card and says the closest location is 450km away when there’s 3 within 5km of me

Credit Card can’t be added. Has been an issue for a month and developer has done squat. Don’t bother, go elsewhere.

Stuck on verify
App is stuck on verifying my phone. Support has not contacted me back at all. What’s the point of getting birthday points and not being able to access my account?
