  • Pretty painful to book

    This is an app crying out for Apple Pay integration.

    For on demand ferry to ask for CVV codes is a major PITA if you are trying to book on the move

  • Would be great if it worked

    Unfortunately the app won’t let you book a trip. (Blackwattle bay to Barangaroo, I’ve been trying). It doesn’t show any trips available and you can’t create one.
    I’ve updated it 3x in the last 2 months or so and still the same problem.

  • Simple to use and quick response

    You can search for the route and purchase tickets from there.
    I used it at Amsterdam, everything worked fine.

    I wish they support Apple Pay but it does not support Apple Pay, but you can use credit card.

    When I first used it, it had issue with dark mode, but it got fixed like the next day I reported through the app. Very responsive dev team.
