If like me you are only reading this after spending £3.99 to open all programmes, get straight onto Apple and request a refund, I did and got my money back.
If you have more sense than me and are reading this prior to making a purchase, just delete the app, it doesn’t work, there is no content, it is literally pointless.Show lessKrbaee

Really helpful to refresh my mind of the workouts I used to do when I had my Pilates trainer. I feel so good to be working out again and it’s something I love to do so it’s easy and I actually want to go into my gym everyday.BHbtch310
