This app is just about inhumane . Imagine having to use a drop down menu for dealing with your doctor. I have a serious issue that I’ve already waited for two weeks to even talk to a doctor about, can’t walk, am in constant pain, went to urgent care for a X-ray that was totally inconclusive and the system ( ha!) sez I can see a doctor in a month! In the meantime I can’t work can’t even get to my bedroom on another floor without pain. It’s disgusting, I could get my car repainted in less time than it takes to see a Southcoast doctor with a serious problem.Show lessk00KZ

I found your portal to be extremely difficult to navigate. I just wanted to reschedule my appointment with Southcoast Health in Pooler and I spent over 15 minutes trying to find my doctor and the correct location. My doctor goes by Dr Misal Patel in the Pooler Georgia facility. Why don’t you have a separate portal for each location. Secondly your answering service is not helpful if they can’t get a message to your scheduling department to cancel a appointment. Why even deal with them because if it was an emergency they tell you to go to the emergency room. Anyhow and I am sure that if my doctor had the day off he would say the same go to the ‘emergency room because how can he treat you properly with out having your vital signs . Trust me I very much appreciate my doctor my problem is your portal. Thank youShow lessMr-BobS

Been trying to schedule an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Can’t get anywhere. At this point I’m figuring it would be easier to die! Less hassleCD 124
Does not work
I follow instructions to make an appointment but after I select save my spot it just disappears and I don’t get a response or notification and when I go my name is not on the list. Very frustratingjoe corazzini

Not Great!
Hit “back” it takes you out completely so then you have to sign in all over again.
Don’t see any way to remove doctors on your “My Chart” that you no longer see, which have no bearing on your current health, health plan. I just don’t find it overly user friendly. Odd set up.mem7!

Great App for keeping track
I’m able to keep track of everything that has happened. Pretty much my entire medical life is in this app which is al in one place, every doctor with in this network, all medications, up coming and past visits the reasons for said visits and all. You are able to email specific doctors, nurse practitioners or nurses directly and they will get back to you ASAP. You can also save a space in line at the Urgent care center or hospital so that you can actually walk-in close to your time and not sit at the center and hospital all day for no real reason but to crowd the place. I actually enjoy this app. I can access my current medications and tell anyone else that may need an updated list.
