Horrible
•The billing is never right or available.
•Still have not fixed the Apple Health connection.
•the first entire page of most of the menu items is a huge “PSA Notice” with most of it being for people in Utah, which I am not. Can’t hit “OK” or any other way to get rid of it besides scrolling past it on every page.
•So….M….F…..ing….slow…. I usually don’t stick around to see if it actually completes so most of the app doesn’t work because of it.
• Security. There is so much stuff in the app that doesn’t work so it redirects the navigation to the Patient Portal website. This means the navigation requests coming from the app are constantly flipping to being requests from your internet browser, where sometimes you have to login again so it’s not using, or keeping track of your authentication sessions to the Patient Portal. This is really bad because it means you have 2 separate authentication sessions happening for a single end user app experience. I don’t even want to know how they hack that mess up on the back end, but it sure makes for a terrible app experience.
