Can’t get in to app
Not sure what happened, but it scans my face and then nothing happens. I used to be able to get in, but now nothing happens. It’s stuck at the login screen. Help!!Just use their mobile web browser
This app is just bad. I’ve had HP for 10 years and I don’t believe the app has changed much. No deductible tracker or way to download the statement of benefits. Also clunky login and out-of-date software. Just use the mobile web browser, it’s 100x betterWorks for me!
I'm not sure if they've made a change recently, but the app works for me. I really wasn't expecting it to after reading the horrible reviews. I did have a problem logging in with the password issue the first time. I called their customer service department and they helped me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe try giving them a call? I didn't have too wait for long to talk to someone and they were quick in helping me get it resolved.Show less
