  • Can’t get in to app

    Not sure what happened, but it scans my face and then nothing happens. I used to be able to get in, but now nothing happens. It’s stuck at the login screen. Help!!
  • Just use their mobile web browser

    This app is just bad. I’ve had HP for 10 years and I don’t believe the app has changed much. No deductible tracker or way to download the statement of benefits. Also clunky login and out-of-date software. Just use the mobile web browser, it’s 100x better
  • Works for me!

    I'm not sure if they've made a change recently, but the app works for me. I really wasn't expecting it to after reading the horrible reviews. I did have a problem logging in with the password issue the first time. I called their customer service department and they helped me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe try giving them a call? I didn't have too wait for long to talk to someone and they were quick in helping me get it resolved.

  • Useless

    Can’t even log in. Asking to change password on the website. I see people have been complaining for the same issue for months and this hasn’t been fixed? Wow
  • Frustrated

    I just got HP with open enrollment and I had no issues on the website. I download the app and I keep receiving a message stating my privacy is important and to log into my account on the website and change my password… that I just made. I did this, and I still can’t log in. I’m getting the same error message. I’m not changing my password again when it’s not necessary or helpful. My confidence with HP is dwindling.

  • Not executed well

    I am a new member. I was able to setup my account on the website but when I tried to log into the mobile account, it says that I need to go to the website and change my password because my security is important to them. I have done this 3 times and it still gives me the same message every time. On the website when I try to send a secure message to customer service, it just takes me to an error screen. So how do you even contact them to fix the problem? This does not give me much confidence in this company if they can’t even figure out a mobile app and customer service email. May be switching insurers at the next open enrollment if this doesn’t get better. Very disappointed!

  • Can’t create acceptable password!

    I’m a new customer and I can’t log in as I can’t create a password! There are four conditions to Creat a password; the fourth criteria is a new one to me, “can’t be an easily recognized dictionary word.” So I created a non-word, nothing resembling a word. Nope!

    Now I’m on forever hold with Harvard Pilgrim.

  • Terrible

    I had to delete my mobile Harvard app. Very poor response and performance. I had bad luck from the getgo. This company obviously has an inept IT department.
  • Horrible

    This is the worst app. Zero functionality. Doesn’t list anything that actually resembles my plan. All of the search functions are broken. The map function is broken. I’m a young person and it’s useless and frustrating. I can’t imagine an elderly person attempting to use this app. Healthcare should be made easy and this is unacceptable.

  • Pay my bill is missing

    I literally cannot find where to pay my monthly premium. Massive fail.
