Good, but Wanting More
It has some nice things to it, but not everything I want in my health app. I can find my doctor, but I can’t really get any info on my coverage or how much my tests will costs. I still need to go online to get a bunch of info.JLD102938
Good for Everyday Use
Overall, the app is pretty good. They’ve definitely updated it so that it works properly. It has most of the info that I need and being able to get my ID card on here helps at the doctors office. I can find doctors near me - which helps - and look up past visits and meds. I kinda wish there was more, clearer info about my benefits. No FaceID
The whole purpose of an app is to make it easy for the user. If I have to enter my UserID and password each time, why would I want the app?
Needs to be WAY more user friendly. You should look at how BlueCross has their app.PLeeStar

With a company as big as Harvard Pilgrim and for the amount of money they poach from us to provide healthcare, their app management and creation is horrible. Probably one of the worst performing apps on the store.krig824
Use the website, no reason to download this
I should have read the other reviews first. This app is pointless and a waste of space on your device.
I used the provider search function on the website and decided to download the app so I could retain my information in an easier manner, but the same providers would not show up; in fact, no providers showed up under any search at all.
I then tried to track my health data, then force closed the app because it froze. I tried this with my visit tracker, and the same thing happened.
Stick to using a web browser instead of using this app, as it will only waste your time like it did mine.Show lessCaliano1234567890

I selected any distance any gender any facility under the specialty psychiatry. Says 0 providers and to update preferences. Well I went online to the actual Harvard Pilgrim website, clicked the same things as in the app and came up with 100’s of results. Why is the app showing no providers when in fact there are? It’s an inconvenience and honestly what’s the point of having the app if I can’t find providers.Show lessCameronsGirl<3
