  • Terrible App

    This App is useless. None of the functions work. I don’t understand why it even exists. It’s not helpful.
  • Useless

    The app either won’t allow a logged-in user to access Eligibility and Benefits information (showing a page that reads “Restricted”) or kicks the user out to a web-browser log-in that is equally useless for mobile browsing. Stick to the desktop log in and hope you don’t need anything when you’re not in front of a computer.

  • Can’t log in

    I’m sure it’s a good app, but it won’t let me sign in. I’ve done the basic trouble shooting tips and it’s a bug because I can login on the regular website no problem. It sounds like I’m not the only one with this issue. Quality should come first.
  • Error logging in for weeks now

    Worked well for a while but continual issues and server errors logging in for weeks now make the app useless.
  • Good concept poorly executed

    I’d love to like the app more but not sure who your DevOps are but man they need a cash course in building a functional mobile application. Try to add my primary care - nope she doesn’t exist there, but wait I found her under your provider search. The office I go to is listed for care. Search for the same provider on the web? Nope doesn’t even exist there. Running 2 databases that don’t sync correctly? Yikes. Click my providers name, Error 500. Couldn’t make the connection required to retrieve this data. Come on guys this isn’t rocket science. Fix your application for once.

  • App broken - again

    I see a 6 month old review that said the user gets a message that they are offline and can’t log in. The developer replies that the issue has been fixed. Well now I have the problem.

    The app has limited functionality to begin with but at least I can view my claims. Now I can’t see anything. Please fix!

  • Doesn’t let me log in. Error message.

    Used to work okay with only general info. Now it won’t let me log in at all. Says I don’t have an internet connection (I do). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work. Frustrating to have to access only on my computer

  • Couldn’t log in

    It just kept telling me my device is not connected. Useless.
  • Can’t even pay my bill…

    It’s an ok app… I’m able to look at my plan and my cards but I can’t pay my bill or even renew it if I need too. It really needs to get an upgrade or at least make it be able to let’s us pay our bill In the app.

  • App Broken

    Please fix your app! When I try to log on, I get an error notice that my device is offline. It is not because I am able to log into other apps just fine. I love this app when it works.

    UPDATE: I received a response from HP and the app has been fixed! Thank you!
