  • The worst app

This is the worst health insurance app I’ve ever used in my life. Honestly one of the worst apps in general.
  • Cmon...

A high school kid with no developing experience could do a better job creating an app...
  • Can’t log in

I can’t even log in to my account. I always receive an error message that my username/password doesn’t match what they have on file, but I’ve double checked that I’m entering them correct. I’m able to log in on the website with the same combination, just not in the app.
  • When will app update for iOS 11 be available

When will an app update to work with iOS 11 be available?
  • iOS 11

When I open up the app it says the developer needs to update the app for iOS11? Why is the app not updated for the most current iOS version?
  • Waste of space

This app is not useful at all. The entire interface is antiquated. HPHC seems to have forgotten about mobile apps. Don't bother with this one
  • The worst healthcare insurance app I've seen

This is probably in vain since the last review was last year, and I'm assuming the developers haven't looked at this since they launched it. Nice job Harvard Pilgrim.

Does not keep me logged in after closing the app out.

Provider search only brings up 2 providers, 1 in Massachusetts and 1 in Georgia (I live in GA).

Map results tab does not even show a map, just so blank page.

When going to advanced search, this is the message I get "The mobile provider search is temporarily unavailable. Please visit our Full Provider Directory. We apologize for the inconvenience."

This app is a joke. Thanks for being efficient HP.

  • App crashes at launch

I was looking forward to seeing this app. Downloaded and tried multiple time to launch, Crashes every time on iPad. It says it is optimized for iPhone but works on iPad...not yet. Hopefully the next release will make this a functioning and useful app.
