  • Extremely Limited

    The app runs fine and isn't janky, but that's about it. There is not much at all you can do on this, there isn't even a "contact us" page on here

  • Can't even log in

    After working fine for about a month, the app no longer allows me to log in. Every time I try it presents me with a "Your device appears to be offline" message. I can log into the website just fine on the same device. Updated iOS, disabled TouchID - nothing.

  • The app says my device is offline and can’t login.

    This app is effecting my mental health.
  • No longer working

    This app was pretty great until it randomly stopped working. Upon trying to log in, I am met with an error message telling me “your device appears to be offline”, despite it most assuredly being connected to WiFi. I receive the same error message when attempting to use cellular data as well. I am positive it is not an issue of connectivity as every other app on my phone works fine and I have had this same issue in different locations - thus using different WiFi networks.

  • APP stopped working

    Keep getting error message saying app is offline.
  • App not working

    Looks like it’s not working with iOS 14.4.2. I am getting pop up staring device appears to be offline when it’s not.
    I tried deleting the app as well as shutting down the phone. Nothing works.

  • Doesn’t work

    App keeps saying the device is offline when it’s clearly not. Happens when trying to log in all the time. Can’t access my info from this app.

  • Benefits and remaining deductible

    The benefit area is not helpful and doesn’t provide details. My old BCBS app was so detailed with what was remaining with each of the deductibles it was awesome. HP needs some work to do.

    Really appreciate the CONTACT US LINK YOUR APP IS MISSING. This app is as useless as your ridiculously absurd insurance
