  • Useful, but has issues

    Great access to test results and appointment schedule. Logging in requires a couple of unnecessary extra steps, why not go to Face ID immediately (if it’s already been setup), rather than having to first click to go to Patient Gateway, then click again to use Face ID.
    The Healthwise test information is often uninformative and useless. I can’t believe they pay for this service. I could write better content. Messaging system is too limited and does not allow contact with schedulers and other providers (NPs, etc.)
  • This is definitely a good program to add to patient care

    If they could add a family calendar to help organize appointment with parents who have multiple children will have two families would be great so when appointments get posted on the portal that they automatically go onto a calendar to help organize growing families, that would be very helpful as I am a parent with five kids. I need a little bit of help. It would be helpful if it had its own calendar within the portal almost automatically, sucking it to the appointment portal to post on the calendar for easy of you would be nice.
  • Patient portal

    The patient records which are available to patient are incomplete and often inaccurate. Dr s orders do not show up snywhere that i am able to access. Patients are told one thing planned in their care but when they return the order does not appear in patient portal and nursing cannot find orders either. They have to stop and contact provider. Meanwhile additional waiting time gets added at a time patient isnt feeling well. I fortunately know everything my care team plans so i can tell if i am not getting what my provider has told me. But i am a retired nurse and what about other poor sick patients who depend on accurate chardt info. Now i do think some things cannot be seen by patients on the portal but that is not right . We need accurate info. My care has been wonderful and i do think the problem is software.
