Horrible

I don’t know who maintains this app but it’s terrible. I’m not able to view orders, prescriptions and can’t even refill 95% of the time . It just stays “loading” and nothing ever shows up. Isn’t as if I can just use the website either, because that does the same thing.
How can such an important app have that many issues that are preventing patients from doing the main thing its supposed to do!
Going on a week&i still haven’t been able to view or refill.
