Nothing but trouble

Accredo is the worst prescription service I have ever used. They ignore my doctor’s orders. They try to change the medication my doctor gave. The billing department is absolutely the worst I have ever used. My billing has been incorrect for YEARS! They even reached back and tried to bill me for an order that was placed two years ago. I have no idea how this company can file legitimate tax returns. If my insurance didn’t require me to use this company I would never use them again. I literally have spent over one hundred hours on the phone trying to get my billing corrected. Stress is not good for my chronic illnesses and this service piles onto my condition. Bad service bad billing and nothing but trouble!
