Incomplete information
On app. Express scripts does not provide the entire prescription as it was written by physician. It does not note dosage ( how many milligrams/ how many tablets/capsules to take each administration of med.) It also does not note how many times per day to take it (QD, BID,TID). This makes it difficult to see if script was written correctly by your physician/ or if it was changed by your physician. This would allow better communication and decrease delays of meds. It also does not state why certain meds would be denied or if additional information is needed ( it would allow patients to see why items are denied or held up) if this information was provided then patients could assist our busy physician offices with what is needed. There seems to be an increase in denials or hold ups looking for additional information this year 2024 for some reason. This increases the amount of time used for our physicians and also Express scripts. I will be calling Express Scripts much more this year it seems. The app is supposed to decrease time or make prescriptions a smoother process and right now that isn’t working. Thank you.Show lessIf you forget
Since you try saving money by having us review automatic refills real old people don’t have anyone to help review them so they will miss or not take meds that they need.
You are saving money and killing the old people who need refills to be automate and not need our approval since this was order by the doctors and civilian pharmacies don’t need approval to automatic refill.
Maybe it’s time to stop worrying about how to save money getting from our our retirees and ask him to approve refills that the doctor already approved, they don’t have to do this in the civilian pharmacy.
What’s wrong with all of you you’re taking from us who serve the country and the civilians are responsible to take care of us and all who served this country we have forgotten that.
This won’t change nothing by doing it with you since it’s all about saving money for the government and the politicians who are going to get all that extra money for the pay and the money we want to send overseas and not take care of about vets not just with prescriptions, but with every other device, including war wounded warriorsShow less4.7 rating my behind
Update: 5/1/24 I get a notification that I have refills to order but when iI try to order them I get an error stating unable to prescription in your cart try again. I could try ordering them a hundred times and get the same message. I’m forced to use this app and I can’t get my meds because it so screwed up.
That overall rating shown can't be right with all the terrible reviews. For a major government contractor this needs to be audited. Scripts you should be ashamed to put out such a worthless app. What happened to the previous one it was much more user friendly. I have the same problems that are repeatedly stated throughout these reviews. It's frustrating and doesn't work half the time. I'm required to log in 15 times just to navigate in the app ridiculous. The auto refill is so botched up it's maddening. Either the app doesn't work or no body uses the info put in it. I have a back log of meds that I try changing to reflect the proper input to put off the refill but I continue to get the refill. I've tried correcting this over the phone with no results. It's ridiculous but frustrating when your forced to use it no choice. I hate this app and I hate scripts who could care less about your health and well being. They have some polite employees who attempt to help but I can tell they're road blocked by the poor management of the company so sad.Show less
