Where the policy switch option
It used to have a function where I can get my benefits and other information by selecting g the policy in the app. I have a private plan and an employee sponsored one. It will only show me the employee sponsored one. Bring back the ability to link multiple accounts to the app switch back and forth between two policies please. No matter how many times i try to reset my password, I receive the same “Invalid Token” message.
I’ve submitted many requests for password reset. All links have resulted in the same message.
I’ve met all requirements for the reset, still to no a avail. I’m sure I’ll just receive a “we are committed…we will rectify this situation immediately” generic response. Please fix this. This is not what i pay my premiums for. But the minute i stop paying for my insurance, all of a sudden-No insurance.Show lessDeveloper Response

I gave it 4 stars because the last time I tried to use the benefit I could not. I went to Target optical and according to them my expense was going to be $100 less not using EYEMED. I got the comparison but I needed new glasses so I went with the flow. Let’s see what happens this time… I will find another facilityShow lessDeveloper Response
