  • Bentley out of date

it doesn't take long to realize how badly outdated your information is when you discover feedback letters that are more than a year old should be clear enough that some much needed updates are in order. Providing a printable information format would be much appreciated among those things would include a letter stating, which services is being provided to me the policy information, my monthly premium and today's date as needed then I can print it and give it to those that need to see it instead of calling you and being on the phone for long periods of time while someone tries to figure out what kind of a letter I need only to tell me they cannot email itI have to wait for anything from 2 to 3 weeks for them to mail it to me by USPS if someone does mail it to me and often times the letter does not have all the relevant information on it

  • If you get a new health plan, this app is useless.

I can log in to their website and view my current plan, which as automatically updated when my employer changed groups - didn’t have an opportunity to set up a new account.

Try logging into the app, the login is linked to the past account. Talked to their web support to get this fixed because my old plan is irrelevant to me at this time. Apparently there is no way for me or their developer team to change this as it is how the app is designed and will remain the case for 18 months beyond the completion of that plan term.

I’ve been instructed to use the website until such time that my current plan is linked to the app - rendering the app completely useless and forcing me to utilize the mobile browser, which has great functionality for a computer (for most things) and works fine on a phone, but I cannot get a mobile member ID card in the website, and am instructed to download the app to view the ID on my mobile device.

    Absolutely ludicrous.

  • Very pleased

I have worked with various insurance companies through the years. Most recently with Blue Cross for the last 4 years. Both my husband and I have had challenging year medically. Calling into Blue Cross with many questions BC has been responsive, helpful, and patient in answering my questions. Frankly, it has been the best experience ever with an insurance company. I like the mobile app and website as well; both are very user friendly. Thank you.
