Difficult to log in
This is the most difficult app to log into. Additionally, searching for care using this app is always such a headache. It constantly freezes, and every time I select the type of care I’m looking it randomly pick a different “specialist” that has nothing to do with what I’m looking for. Example, I go and select talk therapy and it ends up picking dental specialist. Pleas give different options to log in rather than using the standard government ID information that requires you to change the password every 60 days. It’s so complicated.
