The MyCare Overseas™ app offers on-the-go access to everything you need if/when receiving TRICARE-covered medical services overseas. You can use the MyCare Overseas™ app to: -- Get 24/7 access to the local Near Patient* and Customer Service Teams -- Check on referral status and download International SOS authorizations -- Set up Appointment Reminders -- Connect to telephonic language assistance (if needed) during medical appointments -- Find useful country information such as emergency numbers, medical risk rating, and cultural tips -- Find a Healthcare Provider near your location and more… *Near Patient Teams are available in specified locations (Germany, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Bahrain, South Korea, and Japan).

  • Ghastly design. Typical govt useless app

    Horrible horrible design. If you already have an online account with Tricare Overseas, you are blocked from creating an account on the app because it says you already have a different account. Even though you verify your name, birthday & SSN which it compares with DEERS, it blocks you from creating an account. Seriously guys? You are unable to figure this out? What a worthless app.

  • Hot garbage

    The website didn’t work so I downloaded the app. It doesn’t work. I can register and log on to a white screen. Every time. It’s useless. Has to call tricare directly because the app doesn’t work.

  • It doesn’t work

    I’ve been trying to get this app to work for at least a month now. It finally let me register, but when I sign in I just get a white screen and then it tells me it can’t access the server.
