I think this is one of the best apps on the market. One to compare against any other.
My only recommendation or feedback that I would like if you could take a different approach like Marchon Training and build more of a hybrid training system as well for those wanting to incorporate conditioning into their strength training. Especially in the weight loss, I feel it’s very minimal or you need to add it as a warm up or a finisher. Like I always feel like when I do general fitness, it isn’t enough versus if I have to pick the traditional mass gain, it has the strength training elements but I wish there was a legitimate condition part rather integrating it into the work out (i.e. run for 30 seconds, jog for 30 seconds; it’s not beneficial and it’s just lackluster)
