Forest Lane mobbed by homeless who use elevators as a toilet. No DART police on trains. Stations and trains are homeless camps.

App works but the police do nothing helpful
I’ve been riding the DART trains daily for more than 10 years and using this app for several as well. This app works as far as reporting issues but I seldom see the DART police do anything helpful. Since the pandemic started, the DART police have all but abandoned the trains. They no longer patrol and when I do see an officer, they’re often not even paying much attention to what’s going on in the area. I always recommend to people against using DART when I’m asked.Show lessRich WW

Air conditioner Malfunction!
The “see/say something” App is good and has great potential ONLY if/when DART responds appropriately, and in a timely way. We’ll see how long it takes DART to replace this sweltering single-train car with one that has functioning air conditioning. One and done
Reported a man masturbating at mockingbird station laying on the floor in full view of at least 30 people. Took a picture from as close as I cared to be and was told by the App “no one in the picture is masturbating”. Waste of everyone’s time, app deleted.Delbedoos
