A failure
I’ve tried to submit maintenance requests on both my iPad and my iPhone. In each case, after entering an address of the location, a screen pops up that says “details,“ but doesn’t allow one to enter any information there, nor can you proceed from there to actually submit a request. So I ended up calling the 311 number and talking to the operator there. Whoever is programming this thing needs to be fired.Show lessThe app doesn’t support common requests, forces you to call in
As much as I love functional traffic signals, calling in is not timely or convenient. For every storm that knocks out a traffic signal, light that burns out or pedestrian crossing that isn’t working, this app and online form direct to the 311 line. It isn’t fast to report, a naturally flowing conversation, and I don’t care about scripts and reference numbers that keep me on the line minutes longer than needed. I just want to report issues that aren’t getting fixed, and it’s no wonder why people aren’t reporting the, with this much friction.Show lessDear Lord!!
What is going on???I was using the app regularly in the past despite of the delays in uploading photos, locating addresses and crashing more often than desired. Now my new requests are accepted but I don’t get to see them on file for f/u, I get updates on requests that I never submitted. Please deliver the service we the tax payers are paying for, having an app is not ground-breaking these days. You forced us to use this tool to alíviate the work load for the city but it simply does not work. Be Fair - Be Responsible and Deliver as you promisedShow less
