I get the app and pay my bill right, so I end up two months behind and I finally log in to the app to put a lil some on the light bill. So I log in and I’m expecting “””notices my power will be cut off”””” or something. No actually it’s a notification after I see the amount that I owe (fair amount) … a sweepstakes to win Houston Texans nfl gear click yes to enter the contest…. lol talk about the best energy provider the world has ever had. ….is junk. At least every two months I have to completely remove the app and download again just so I can pay my bill. It doesn’t make a difference if it’s thru my phone, iPad or desktop, the little wheel just spins and says it has a technical issue. It’s really a pain.
Forward to now. App is still not working. I’m tired of this. I believe it’s time to switch. I’m not gonna have this issue again with my power turned off. Fix your crappy app!Show lessDeveloper Response

I'm not a fan of what Reliant devs have done with the latest app version. The electricity 'Usage' tab used to have a large, near-full-screen-view showing a graph of electricity usage per day, week, month, and year. Now, that graph has been squished into a half-page-view with the other half page now being occupied by a Reliant ad. Yes, a giant ad! The graph view is so "smushed" looking on my iPhone SE 3 screen. Reliant devs should revisit this section of the app and adjust the screen ratio. I don't mind an ad, but make it more like a small banner instead of taking up half of the Usage tab's screen.Show lessDeveloper Response
