First, I saved my password as “password”, and it didn’t allow me to change it. Now, log me out, and I'm stuck in a loop between a screen asking me to confirm my email and an email that sends me to the website that does nothing.
Really frustrating and annoying experience.

Worst app I’ve ever used
Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used. The website is also terrible. The app makes you “confirm” your email every time you log in, but when you go to the link in your email it just takes you back to the screen in the app where you have to enter your email to confirm it again. Every time I try to log in it does this about a dozen times, but every so often when I click on the app, it will just open and be logged on already without me doing anything. The website simply doesn’t recognize that I have an account at all. Truly the most pointless and frustrating app/website I’ve ever used

Used to work well but now the Bluetooth opening doesn’t work
UX pretty bad, the app used to have a “open locker” feature by Bluetooth that was especially useful when there’s a delivery person still loading up other lockers. It seems that no longer works though :|
