  • Doesn’t work with Siri anymore

I work in a large residential bldg with doors that I need access too. Im usually wearing gloves which are usually dirty so I cant take my iPhone out and use the app. I use to be able to ask Siri to open a door for me. Now when I ask it to open a door it rings this chime a few times in my ear and then siri says “I tried but open door took too long to respond” or something like that so then I have to whip out my iphone and smudge my whole screen just to get in. Really inconvenient. Can you guys please fix this?
  • Decent features..when they work

I’m not sure if this app and product doesn’t offer internet-based gate/door unlocking or if Eleven at Windsor cheap-out and didn’t pay for the future but Bluetooth-based unlocking is useless when is slower than just using a fob. Perhaps it would be easier if you could pair your account to Apple Wallet but again, I’m not sure if this is an extra feature the apartment company didn’t want to pay for. Bluetooth operation is very slow. Between unlocking the phone and opening the app (or using the widget) it can take 5 seconds to open a door. Twice as that if it doesn’t work on the first attempt. I went back to using my fob.
  • A Solution in Search of a Problem.

Have you ever thought to yourself using a key fob is way too convenient I wish I had a convoluted app that didn’t work correctly instead? Then this is the app for you. What moron thought this was a good idea? If my phone dies or gets stolen I literally cannot get back into my apartment building. I guess I missed the memo that said fobs are just too inconvenient.

The app also doesn’t work I wasted 20 minutes this morning trying to get into my building because your stupid app doesn’t work correctly. Now I can’t get to the gym before work and my day is completely derailed.
